The benefits of coaching have been widely recognised for some time and established as a management technique more recently.
Each of us has the occasional internal dialogue that is perhaps not as positive as
we would like it to be. Sometimes called the devil on our shoulder, this mind talk can
spiral and prevent you succeeding.
Hawksberry will guide you in reducing those internal barriers. Coaching is really about helping others to learn, and as learning is an active process so is coaching.
While the GROW coaching model is very useful, it can only take a person so far. Our approach is to use a full range of techniques - depending on the person and the final objectives.
Our Executive and Senior Manager service usually involves 360 degree assessment, 1-to-1 sessions, psychometric profiling tools, and additional internal processes your company uses. For example: existing performance management systems, and data from business objectives / strategy.
Coaching is not limited to managers and executives though, and is able to help at any level in the business. At Hawksberry we encourage people to use a coaching approach more often, and therefore suggest participating in one of our coaching training modules.
