Development Suite Model

When you want more than just a training package and you
need our whole business solution.


Creating a Development Suite can provide you with more than just training. Our model integrates and aligns additional development actions, processes, and existing data to offer maximum returns.

The business objectives and company values drive the start and provide direction. Existing internal processes are incorporated to align with company processes such Performance Management Systems. Self-assessment tools are encouraged, allowing individuals to take responsibility and ownership for their development.

Personal development plans are generated for individuals, teams, or even business functions. These identify the gap or training need to be satisfied.

The training modules can be arranged in three key areas: Core, Support, and Specialist.

Core modules allow you to specify what each learner undertakes. This can help ensure a consistent approach within the organisation to any area, such as: handling customers, completing company paperwork, raising the level of interpersonal communication.

Support modules provide the option for individuals or slices of the business to tailor their learning experience to best match their current and future job needs. This action encourages greater ownership by the learner and supports Life-Long-Learning.

Specialist modules are used to supply training that is specific to a certain role and is probably not required for the rest of the business Items may include: PRINCE project management, advanced book-keeping, CAD/CAM design, or anything else quite specific.

Usually Core modules are set centrally, with Support and Specialist modules stated locally by business managers. This structure also allows training to be prioritised as training listed as Core would apply to more people therefore having the most impact in the early stages.

Post training is supported with additional education, performance coaching. Psychometric assessments and 360 degree feedback can be used to evaluate changes in the learner.

The whole process is continually evaluated and creates feedback that affects each of the stages, even linking back into the business strategy.
